Personality;
The first thing you need to know about Noh-Varr is that he is above all else, instinctively, a Hero. He will always fight for what he believes to be right, no matter the personal cost to himself. Therein also lays the crux of Marvel Boy’s life. He doesn’t always see ‘Right’ or ‘Wrong’ in the same ways that most Terrans do. His view is that of a Kree, but not just any Kree. His parents were Kree Imperialists, who’s entire lives were dedicated to Galactic Peacekeeping. So his view is that of a belief that the Kree Way, is truly the best and proper way. His time on Earth has only strengthened that resolve. Though he has discovered many great boons among Earth’s Populace (such as Literature, Music and Girls), these joys are tempered by his desire to live up to his parent’s examples.

(Descriptions):
Hybrid Physiology — Noh-Varr is a generically engineered creature. His genetic make up is a blend of male and female Kreen DNA and strands of cockroach DNA. Thusly he has most of the Kree racial gifts, along with the proportional gifts of a cockroach. He is extremely resilient, can eat nearly anything. He can climb walls, cling to them and even run up glass surfaces. In addition to all of this he has the proportional speed and strength of a cockroach, along with a mixture of the regenerative properties of both cockroach and kree genetics.
Kree Nano-Technology — Noh-Varr’s body was given multiple treatments from the point of his birth, infusing him with advanced nano-technology. This nano-tech allows him a semblance of telepathic link to kree technology, such as the Plex computer system. It also allows him to catalyze remnants of his body excretions in to explosive material. Additionally his sweat or saliva can be alterred in order to allow him to control the minds or induce hallucinations in those it comes in to contact with.
Bracer Armory — Noh-Varr currently wears to Bracers that are comprised of liquid-metal components, surrounding a crystallized memory core. Within the core is an advanced Kree memory system, which allows the bracers to form in nearly any weapon or armor in the Kree Empire’s technological arsenal.

(History):
The creature known as Noh-Varr was one of many versions of the Kree’s Overlord’s attempts at creating a ‘super soldier’ for the War with the Chitauri (Skrull Empire). He was created artificially, via the splicing of Kree and Cockroach DNA, after the Supreme Intelligence took notice of the awe inspiring resilience of the cockroach species. Cockroaches had been an empire-spanning infestation for a millennia, following a Kree expedition to the Terran home world. The experiment was a moderate success, but one that was abandoned due to the uncontrollable nature of the test subjects. The lone surviving test subject, Noh-Varr, would go on to join the 18th Diplomatic Gestalt.
The 18th was known as a intergalactic group of peacekeepers, to whom Noh-Varr eventually became an integral member. The last documented mission of the 18th Gestalt was one in which they encountered a group of Astrogods that were siphoning power Hypospace. This was causing time-space distortion ripples across the multiverse. In order to stop them the 18th was forced to enter the vortex and disrupt the siphoning directly. While this succeeded in putting a stop to the time-space distortions, it cast the 18th out of synch with their home universe. The 18th was forced to find a way home, travelling across multiple dimensions before finding their way home.
Upon emerging in to the “M:WI!?” Universe, the 18th’s vessel was shot down by the Sentient World Observation and Response Department. The vessel fell to Earth and it’s lone survivor, Noh-Varr, survived by virtue only of his cockroach genetics. Subsequent investigations by S.W.O.R.D. believed their to be no survivors and the vessel to have burned up on re-entry. In truth only Noh-Varr and a single handheld computer unit survived, plummeting in to the pacific ocean where his life-signs read no differently than the genetically engineered Inhumans or Lemurians.
Noh-Varr lived on Earth for a number of years following the crash in seclusion. His efforts to rebuild a vessel for which he could use to return to his people, aided by the Plex, but constantly meeting with frustration due to the arrival of a Skrull Invasion, the coming of Galactus or general human ineptitude in maintaining a technology level of usefulness. This added to their enhanced level of paranoia in regards to Aliens forcing him to take a very lay-low approach in the first place.
Ironically Noh-Varr found himself once again returned to the space lanes, when Humanity was put on Trial by Ronin the Accuser of the Kree Empire. Given Noh-Varr’s closeness to the humans, he was seen a good character witness. Then was placed amount the group of humans as they strove to recover the M’Kraan Crystal Shards, to rebuild the cage of the Phoenix. Despite his distaste for the Humans, Noh-Varr would find them to be worthy comrades and eventually aided them in not only restoring the M’Kraan Crystal, but proving themselves worthy of a second chance in the eyes of the Celestial Court.
As punishment for his failure to assist the Accuser, Noh-Varr was placed in meditative trance and exiled back to Earth where Ronin believed would be a death sentence. Noh-Varr was discovered by Advance Idea Mechanics, who sought to capitalize upon his technological and genetic superiority. However, upon awakening from his trance, Noh-Varr proclaimed the A.I.M. base to be the capital of the New Kree Empire.
